In the north Aegean sea, between Samos, Ikaria and Patmos is a cluster of islands named Fourni ( Furni in Greek means bakerys = named Furni because each house had its own bakery). Fourni consist of 3 islands (Furni, Thimena, Agios Minas) and 10 islets. Located 4 miles from Samos and 6 miles from Ikaria.
The feature of these islands is very long coastline which exceeds in size Samos island (which is comparatively much larger in size island).
Furni are ideal for clean and sandy beaches, crystal blue sea as well as for the low cost of fish. Prices of fish and lobster in the restaurants is very attractive compared to other islands.

How to get to Fourni:
You can go to Fourni by boat from the port of Piraeus. The boat leave three times a week, even four.
The boat Nissos Mykonos leave:
From Piraeus every Monday, Tuesday and Saturday at 12.00 pm
From Furni every Tuesday and Sunday 3.00 pm, and 1.00 pm every Thursday
The trip takes about ten to eleven hours.
You can also go to Fourni from Eleftherios Venizelos Athens airport by Ikaria.
If you arrive by plane in Ikaria, a small boat (ferry boat) almost every day except Friday, at 6p.m departing from the port of San Kirikos of Ikaria and after 1 hour and 10 minutes journey reaches Furni.
The boat departs 7.00 am from Furni to Ikaria and return 6.00 pm of Ikaria.
Also there are flying boat that connect Furni island with Ikaria island.From Samos and Ikaria there is flying boat to Patmos.
